Hi there Tracy, nice to here from you again , you seem to be working very hard trying to find your relatives, and seem to be doing very well. I will let my mother see the names of the people and see if she recognises any of them. I wish you all the best with your search. Please keep us up to date with your progress. Who knows we might be related. Good luck.

Dear All

Just to update you. I've found a "Declaration of Intent" which is, I am 99.9% certain is my great grandfather. He emigrated to the US in 1927 and became a citizen in 1934.

Hopefully now I can track down any family he may have had over there!

Tracey

PS - I'm still hoping someone will know the names I've previously mentioned lol!

Hi All

Haven't found out much lately except that the next generation down seem to come from the Crieff area. A couple of relatives turned up in the England 1901 census (Duncan Stewart Marshall for example).

Can anyone tell me about Whytehouse Mansions in Kirkcaldy? A great uncle lived there before he married my great aunt margaret marshall in 1907. And also my great, great grandfather married there for the 2nd time in 1895.

Still hoping to trace my great-grandfather in America!!

All the best

Tracey
