Hi Annie,

Sorry, I wasn't getting on at you, we all make mistakes from time to time. I was just frustrated waiting for the download. I don't mind paying for broadband if I need to download large files, but I don't have that need - I'm not into music or video downloads and have no children at home. I use the internet as an information resource and for a couple of other forums (fora?). For those, my dial-up 56K copes adequately. As Hamish says, the software should be able to cap the file size making it user friendly for both the poster and the viewer, so in theory you should be able to take your photos straight from your Nikon E5700 and post them straight on the forum. Oh that it were really that easy!

The school's October 2-week break is just coming up and I have to fit in a week's visit to my mother, produce a newsletter for the local Art Club and prepare for the Art Club's Annual Exhibition. With any time left I hope to modify some photos for upload. I have several of the new Harbour Development which were taken in early morning last summer when the lighting was just perfect.

I'll keep in touch,

Hi All I too am looking forward to the pics of the harbour, I worked in Nairns down there where I trained as a weaver, the canvas then went on to the back of the linoleum we spent many a dinner time walking round the harbour and eating out "piece".

Hi all, I am looking forward to seeing them as well Betty, Keith takes a great photo and I am always showing them to people. I must say sorry to anyone else apart from Keith to whom I have already said sorry, I did not notice that the photo of the cat that I had posted was the wrong size. I will post it again and make sure I do it right.

The cat having a good stretch on our dry grass. And asking please let me in I am on the wrong side of the door, no sunshine out here.

Hi everyone, well the weather for spring has been warm and it makes you feel good and like having a swim ( if you can swim not like me). So I thought I would post this picture of the whale it looks like we feel, when we go to the beach and have fun.

Hi to one and all, well we have been getting some really good much needed rain, the birds have not seen it so heavy in a while, and they all looked so wet and have been preening themselves in the trees while the sun is shinning. The plants are looking better and the flowers are coming into bloom.
Here is a nosey cat and a pretty sweet william.
